 1.- Baby Love (1964)

El trío de chicas The Supremes estaba conformado por Florence Ballard, Mary Wilson y Diana Ross. Tuvo una docena de números 1 en el ranking Billboard de USA y alrededor de 50 singles editados.

La canción "Baby Love" llegó al primer lugar en USA el 31 de octubre de 1964 y se mantuvo allí por 4 semanas. En UK también llegó al primer lugar de la lista oficial británica.

2.- You Can't Hurry Love (1966)

Muchos conocen este tema en la versión de Phil Collins. La original está inspirada en una canción de iglesia o Gospel. Lideró Billboard el 10-09-1966. En la lista oficial británica, su máxima posición fue la número 3.

3.- Stop In The Name Of Love (1965)

Este single perteneciente al sexto álbum de The Supremes logró ubicarse en el primer lugar en USA el 27-03-1965,manteniéndose en dicha posición durante dos semanas. Mientras que en Reino Unido sólo alcanzó el lugar número 7.

4.- Where Did Our Love Go (1964)

La palabra "Love" aparece en muchas de las canciones de The Supremes. Lo más curioso es que varias de ellas formen parte de sus números 1. Este es otro de los singles que estuvo en lo más alto de la lista Billboard durante 2 semanas. En UK su máxima posición fue la tercera.

5.- Come See About Me (1964)

Según la lista oficial de USA, este tema llegó al primer lugar de Billboard en dos ocasiones y estuvo un total de 2 semanas no consecutivas como la canción más importante del ranking. En la lista oficial británica su máxima posición fue la número 27.

Florence Ballard falleció el 26 de febrero de 1976 a causa de un ataque al corazón. Mary Wilson falleció el 08-02-2021 a la edad de 76 años. Diana Ross se hizo solista en 1970.
